Providing information on the site is voluntary: you are under no legal obligation to provide it. However, without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you with an answer on availability and price.

From the availability request form

• Full name and phone number (required fields).
• Trip details you entered before sending, if provided: point of departure, destination, date of travel and number of passengers.

Technical information

• When the form is submitted, a temporary counter based on an encrypted version of your IP address is stored, in order to limit the number of submissions and prevent abuse. The counter deletes itself after ten minutes, and the IP address is not stored with the inquiry.
• The site’s hosting provider may keep technical server logs as part of operating and securing the server.

When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp

Tapping the phone or WhatsApp button on the site opens the dialer or WhatsApp on your device. The call or message travels through that service’s channel and is subject to its privacy policy, not through the site.

• To get back to you with an available vehicle and a price, and to manage our dealings up to the booking, on the basis of the consent you give when providing your details, and in order to perform the engagement you requested.
• To deliver the transport service itself, including assigning a vehicle and chauffeur, in order to perform our engagement with you.
• To comply with the accounting, tax and legal obligations that apply to us.
• To protect the site against abuse and automated submissions: a legitimate interest in the security of the system.
• Information provided on the site is not used for marketing mailings, and we send no advertising on the basis of it. If we wish to use it in this way in the future, we will do so only with your prior consent, as required by Section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes. The information is disclosed only to the following parties, and only to the extent necessary:

• The company’s employees and chauffeurs, in order to deliver the service.
• The site’s hosting provider, Hostinger (servers in the European Union), on whose servers the site’s database is stored.
• The internal notification of a new inquiry is sent from the site’s own server, with the same hosting provider, and does not pass through an external mailing service.
• Competent authorities, to the extent that we are required to do so by law or by court order.

The site is being expanded. The following services are planned and are not currently active. This policy will be updated, and this page will carry a new revision date, before any of them is activated:

• The deposit is processed through Grow (Meshulam Payment Solutions Ltd.). Credit card details are entered on the payment company’s secure page and are never stored by us.
• Synchronizing trip dates with the company’s work calendar, through a calendar provider not yet selected. The provider’s name will be listed here before synchronization is activated.
• Forwarding new booking requests to the team through an internal operations channel on Telegram, so that the request can be approved or declined.

Analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta are installed on the site. They are activated only after you have given consent in the consent banner; until then they do not load and do not store cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site. No name, phone number, email address or booking details are passed to these tools.

The site’s pages load a technical component from the payment provider (Grow), which is required for secure payment. The payment provider’s server may store an operational cookie for load balancing. This cookie is not used for tracking or advertising.

If analytics or advertising tools are installed in the future, we will update this policy and present a consent mechanism in which refusing is exactly as simple as consenting. No analytics or advertising tool will be activated before consent is obtained.

Inquiries received through the site are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request and to manage any engagement that follows from it, and are deleted when no longer needed. You may ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time. Information required to meet accounting or legal obligations (for example, invoice records) is kept for the period set by law, even if you have asked for your inquiry to be deleted.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the inquiry form is protected by verification measures and a limit on the rate of submissions. We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, but no online system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, you have the following rights in respect of information held about you:

• To inspect the information held about you.
• To ask for information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date to be corrected.
• To ask for information to be deleted, subject to the limits set by law and to the retention obligations that apply to us.
• To withdraw consent you have given, where the use of the information is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any use made before it.
• To demand in writing that information about you not be disclosed to a particular person, a category of persons or specific persons, for a limited period or permanently.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at suntaxi2025@gmail.com. We will reply to your request within the period set by law. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

Some of the technology providers we use may store or process information outside Israel. Where such a transfer takes place, it will be made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when a new service is added to the site. The binding version is the one published on this page, and the date of the latest update appears at the top.
