    Traveling in 9 days or more? We hold a vehicle for you right away and send a link to pay the deposit. The deposit is fixed by group size.

  3. Trip soon? We call you

    For a trip less than 9 days away, or a group of 20 passengers or more, we call you within 4 hours to confirm the vehicle and price.

  4. The balance, before the trip

    You settle the balance with us before the trip.

Frequently asked questions

What licenses and insurance do you hold?

A transport office license, a special transport license and a business license, and we have a transport safety officer. Certificates of insurance are issued on the client’s own wording, including third-party and employer’s liability. The full details are sent with the proposal.

What are your payment terms, and how do we register you as a supplier?

Net 30 from end of month for government bodies, and net 45 from end of month for local authorities and companies, under the Payment Terms to Suppliers Law. We work against a purchase order or a contract, with a tax invoice and valid bookkeeping and tax-withholding certificates.

What happens if a vehicle breaks down on the day?

There is a backup procedure, and your contact is updated directly, not through a call center. Response times are set out in writing with the proposal.

Do you invoice companies?

Yes. We work with organizations under a contract or a purchase order, with a tax invoice and payment terms.

What if we change the date?

An early change is handled at no cost, subject to availability. The full cancellation policy is shown before the booking is confirmed.

Do your chauffeurs speak English?

For delegations and overseas guests, we assign English-speaking chauffeurs. Mention it when you book.
