Met on arrival
The chauffeur waits at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing the guest’s or the organization’s name, as you prefer. You get the chauffeur’s name and phone number in advance, so you always have someone to call.
Consulates, embassies and overseas delegations
You’re hosting a delegation, an official guest or a team from abroad, and someone has to handle the ground side. We’re the side that arrives on time, looks the part, and deals with you directly, in English, from the request to the last trip.
Most visits begin and end at Ben Gurion, and that is also where most things go wrong: a late flight, a long security check, and a guest who walks into the terminal not knowing who to look for.

Include the flight number in your request. The pickup time is updated with you, and the waiting terms are agreed before the trip, not discovered on the invoice.
Pickup from the hotel or office timed to the flight, with room for the whole group’s luggage. Up to 19 passengers in one vehicle, and larger numbers by prior arrangement.
On an official visit or a business delegation, the vehicle and chauffeur stay at the group’s disposal throughout the day, instead of a separate booking for every trip.
Send us the visit’s itinerary and we’ll build the pickup times around it. A meeting added mid-day is arranged directly with the chauffeur.
Part of the delegation goes on to a meeting while the rest return to the hotel. Several vehicles on the same day can be arranged in advance.
The Ashdod–Netanya corridor, including Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Ben Gurion Airport. Destinations outside the corridor, by prior arrangement.
Send us the dates, number of passengers and flight time. We’ll come back to you with an available vehicle and a price.
