A deposit holds your date
Traveling in 9 days or more? We hold a vehicle for you right away and send a link to pay the deposit. The deposit is fixed by group size.

Trip soon? We call you
For a trip less than 9 days away, or a group of 20 passengers or more, we call you within 4 hours to confirm the vehicle and price.

The balance, before the trip
You settle the balance with us before the trip.
You see the exact deposit amount on the payment page before you pay. The balance is paid directly to us before the trip. The cancellation policy is set out in the Terms of Use.
What to have ready in advance
- Date
- The date of the trip. For a trip that runs over several days, you can add an end date too.
- Number of passengers
- We choose the right vehicle size from the number of passengers.
- From and to
- Optional, but this is what sets the price. If you know it, it’s worth filling in now.
- Name and phone
- So we can get back to you. We don’t send marketing mail.
